The multifunctional project located in Nanded, Maharashtra, has been developed in collaboration with the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). This initiative enables our team to strategically design the site layout, optimize circulation spaces, and tailor the unique functionality of each floor to align with the revenue model established by the developer. One of the standout features of the building is the use of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) cladding sheets, which are designed with a vertical biophilic motif. This design choice not only contributes to the building’s modern aesthetic but also enhances environmental comfort by facilitating airflow, thereby maintaining a pleasant indoor climate. The overall design of the building integrates a diverse range of activities and services. It includes retail outlets that cater to shopping needs, corporate offices that facilitate business operations, and hospitality blocks offering accommodations. Additionally, the project features pocket-friendly dormitories aimed at providing affordable living spaces. This combination of functions supports a vibrant community atmosphere, making the building a central hub for commerce, work, and leisure in Nanded.
