The multifunctional project in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, was developed in collaboration with the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). Our team designed the site layout and circulation spaces to align with the developer's revenue model. The design incorporates various activities and services, including retail outlets, corporate offices, and hospitality blocks. Additionally, affordable dormitories provide budget-friendly living spaces, creating a vibrant community hub for commerce, work, and leisure in Nellore.
